Travis County Proposition A, Affordable Childcare: Yes

Early childcare costs more than tuition at UT for a year. Invest in expanded childcare options for working families in Travis County. It will improve kids’ academic success, allow parents to maintain employment, and strengthen our entire community. The proposition is endorsed by the Travis County Democratic Party. It would result in an average property tax increase of $10/month.
