Proposition 2: Prohibition of a capital gains tax on individuals, estates, and trusts
Proposition 3: Denial of bail for certain violent or sexual felony offenses
Proposition 5: Property tax exemption for retail animal feed
Proposition 6: Prohibition on certain securities transactions
Proposition 8: Prohibition on estate taxes and new taxes on estate transfers, inheritances, and gifts
Proposition 9: Increase business property tax exemption from $2,500 to $125,000
Proposition 12: Change membership and authority of State Commission on Judicial Conduct
Proposition 15: Affirm parents as the primary decision makers for their children
Proposition 16: Clarify that a voter must be a United States citizen
